Refund Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by The Minimal Lists are digital downloads — printable PDF files delivered instantly upon purchase through our Etsy shop.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned in the way that physical goods can, our general policy is that all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

Our Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads as standard, in line with common practice for digital goods and as permitted under consumer protection legislation for digital content.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that will be made available to you immediately and that your right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun.

Exceptions

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you experience any of the following, please get in touch and we will do our best to help:

  • The file did not download correctly — we will resend the file or provide an alternative download link.
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened — we will investigate and provide a working replacement.
  • You were charged but did not receive your download — please contact us and we will resolve this promptly.

In these circumstances, we will either resend the file or, at our discretion, offer a full refund. We assess each case individually and aim to respond within 2 business days.

Before You Buy

To help ensure our products are right for you before purchasing, we recommend:

  • Reading the product description carefully on our Etsy listing.
  • Reviewing any preview images provided.
  • Ensuring you have a PDF viewer installed (such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader) and a printer capable of producing A4 or US Letter output.

Purchases via Etsy

All purchases are processed through Etsy. Etsy’s own Buyer Policy and dispute resolution process may also apply to your purchase. In the event of an unresolved dispute, Etsy’s Case System is available to buyers.
